FYP and Joyful Spirit's team newest National Director...
Today we are extremely pleased to announce the advancement of Pascale LeBris to National Director. Pascale started her career with For Your Pleasure on September 20, 2006 and advanced through six For Your Pleasure managment levels in the record time frame of eight short months! This is an incredible pace, and as far as we know, a new record as well!
Pascale started with FYP under Katie Wise as a direct transfer from Passion Parties. While there, she instinctively began "networking" with her peers exhibiting leadership qualities that would pay off handsomely when she came to FYP. Soon after transferring she had many Passion Parties reps contacting her to inquire about her new career change. When they learned about how lucrative our opportunity was, and how much more income Pascale was already earning, they immedately began making plans to come over with her.
Pascale brought over many reps, but by no means was this the sole reason for her success. It only takes one conversation with her to begin understanding why she is so successful. Within minutes you start to sense that this is a person that is destined for greatness. Her leadership and managerial skills are immediately apparent. Every action is planned and executed with purpose. She organizes and follows through with maximum effectiveness with no time wasted in between. It's very apparent that she has honed her communication skills over the course of her lifetime which now serves her well in a home based network marketing business.
But even this does not tell the whole story. Pascale also reels you in with a warm, sincere and caring personality that can only be called charismatic. She has a special way of making you feel like she can assist you with your needs in a disciplined and professional manner while doing so with the tender loving care of a mother helping her daughter. The warm and fuzzy feeling you get from this type of mentoring is addicting that consistently sends her teammates back for a daily dose that you can never get enough of.
Pascale charms everyone that comes into contact with her including customers, hostesses, and distributors. She rises to the top of our team sales every month, while diligently working to create a solid foundation of new team members growing their own teams from her first level. She is ahead of her three Director requirement for even her new level of National Director.
Pascale has seen the vision of her future and is using the clarity of this vision to take command of her career with stunning brilliance. She is currently working on a new support section of the Joyful Spirits Team support site to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of her training for her Pleausure Pros Team. Once it's complete, her team can expect to experience an improved level of efficient support and assistance with features that can't be found anywhere else on the site. Pascale knows her teammates yearn to share her level of success and she is doing everything possible to provide an exceptional place for her teammates to grow and prosper right along with her.
